Position Summary Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Repair Order Quality Assurance Specialist in Charlotte, NC. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for the day to day administration and auditing of all documents related repair orders, purchase orders, and invoices. Must have similar type experience, be reliable, hard‑working and take pride in work. Ability to multi‑task and be a quick learner with a can‑do attitude is a must. Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Pay range: $22.00-25.00 per hour, depending on experience! Act as a liaison between customers, billing, and field managers when invoice disputes arise You will be trained and become an active user of our operating system (TMW) Run accurate reports relating to repair orders, billing/invoicing and discrepancies as needed Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Director of Operations. What our ideal candidate looks like: At least 3+ years experience in a similar type role; QA/admin support/customer service environment. Experience in reviewing, processing, or creating work/repair orders, desired Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent customer service; customer driven approach and proven experience handling disputes and resolution Intermediate or above Microsoft Office proficiency required Strong organizational, planning and administrative skills required Proficiency in navigating cross-platforms and leveraging diverse technological ecosystems High attention to detail Prior experience with TMW, Reynolds & Reynolds (or similar transportation services software) desired, but not required.
