Enterprise Account Executive

Base pay range Enterprise Account Executive – German-Speaking (Remote, UK) Established over two decades ago, our client is a global HRTech powerhouse trusted by some of the world’s most recognisable brands, including Samsung, CVS and Zurich. With multiple industry awards under their belt and more than $40M secured in Series C funding, they’re scaling fast and showing no signs of slowing down. Following consistent year-on-year growth, they’re now investing further in their European Enterprise Sales team - a high-impact group at the heart of the business. This is a pure new‑business opportunity, owning the full sales cycle and partnering with enterprise-level clients across a diverse range of industries. You’ll be joining a top-performing team that’s closing off the year with serious momentum and is laser‑focused on making 2026 their strongest year yet. This is a remote opportunity for German-speaking candidates based in the UK. Responsibilities Identify & prospect new business opportunities within the enterprise space Conduct product demonstrations & presentations with prospective clients Engage in a consultative selling approach, understanding & addressing the clients’ business challenges, individual needs, and providing tailored solutions Manage a long‑term sales pipeline to ensure for continued success & revenue generation Manage contraction negotiations & deal closure processes Collaborate with internal teams to drive success and reach customer goals Collate & provide customer feedback when needed Provide regular reporting & insights to sales leadership team The Successful Candidate 5+ years enterprise-level SaaS sales experience Strong HRTech background / selling software into HR teams New business experience is essential Ability to speak German fluently is essential Based in the UK OTE: x2 Healthcare options Pension options Access to EAP Continuous opportunities for professional development & growth 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Sales, Business Development, and Information Technology Industries Technology Information and Media Human Resources Services IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
