About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to be a key strategic partner to executive leadership and to lead all aspects of the people function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing global people strategies that align with business objectives and support long-term growth. This hands-on role involves serving as a trusted advisor on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, performance management, and culture. The VP, HR will also ensure compliance with employment laws, champion employee engagement and inclusion initiatives, and manage organizational change and transformation efforts. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years' of progressive HR experience, and a proven track record of leading HR teams in a fast-paced or complex environment. The role requires a leader with strong knowledge of HR compliance, experience in global HR programs, and the ability to influence and drive results through collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a background in a related industry, such as biotechnology, life sciences, med-tech, or healthcare, and experience with compensation and equity programs. HR certification is preferred. The VP, HR will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time and must be adept at managing a high-performing HR team while fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement.
