Merchandising Sales Representative

A nationally recognized consumer products company is seeking a reliable and motivated Merchandising Representative to support retail operations across multiple store locations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active throughout the day, and ensuring products are well‑stocked, organized, and presented to customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining product availability, executing merchandising standards, and building strong relationships with retail partners. Key Responsibilities Merchandise and replenish products at assigned retail locations. Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure product displays meet company standards. Maintain organized backroom inventory and assist with product movement between storage areas and sales floors. Build positive relationships with store personnel and support promotional initiatives. Monitor inventory levels and communicate out‑of‑stock or ordering concerns. Ensure displays, signage, and product placement align with established merchandising guidelines. Travel between assigned retail locations using a company‑provided vehicle. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, physically active environment. Capable of repetitive lifting, bending, carrying, and moving products weighing up to 25 pounds. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation credentials required for access to assigned facilities and locations. Must reside within approximately 25‑35 miles of the Pearl City area. What We Offer Competitive salary range of $40,000 - $58,000. Company vehicle provided.
