Skills & Abilities * Clear, straightforward, and professional communication with customers and colleagues. * Proven sales techniques with consistent achievement of sales goals. * Proficiency in computer and consumer electronics. * Competence in using personal computers and relevant software applications, including billing systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. * Demonstrated judgment and initiative in accomplishing job duties. * Working knowledge of cable communications products and services, including TV, internet, and telephone.
