Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Senior Helpers of Minneapolis-St. Paul Compensation: $45 per hour (depending on experience) Position Type: Part-TimeMake a Meaningful Impact with Senior HelpersSenior Helpers is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our in-home care team. In this role, you will oversee client care, conduct nursing assessments, and collaborate closely with caregivers to ensure safe, high-quality services are delivered in the comfort of our clients’ homes.This is a rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse who values flexible hours, autonomy, and meaningful work while making a direct difference in the lives of seniors.Reports To: RN SupervisorAreas We Serve: Brooklyn Park, Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, Golden Valley, and St. Paul.Key Responsibilities:Travel to client homes to complete nursing assessments and observationsEvaluate clients regularly to ensure care plans remain appropriate and effectiveDevelop, monitor, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care teamProvide clinical guidance, education, and ongoing support to caregiversAddress client and family concerns while ensuring patient rights are respectedCoach caregivers on safety procedures, best practices, and quality standardsCollaborate with management to support operational improvements and consistent quality careServe as a mentor to staff, promoting professionalism and excellence in caregivingQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of home health experience preferredComfortable using technology and software systems (WellSky, Microsoft Office 365 a plus)Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamStrong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to handle challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretionExperience supervising or mentoring caregivers preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environmentEducation & Licensure Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Current and active RN licenseMaintain CEU requirements per Board of Nursing standardsValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to commute to workWhy Join Senior Helpers?Competitive starting pay of $45 per hour (depending on experience)Flexible, part-time schedulingMeaningful, one-on-one impact with seniors in their homesSupportive and respectful team environment that values clinical expertiseAt Senior Helpers, we believe that the best care starts with the best people.
