Registered Nurse/RNEbenezer is hiring a Registered Nurse/RN role who would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the adult long-term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more. Dedicated employees share in our mission to help our seniors heal, discover, and educate for longer, healthier, more meaningful lives.Responsibilities:Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care PlanCoordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesRN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as neededProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares providedRequired:Current MN RN license or by start dateBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
