All County Collision is opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art collision repair facility in Oxford, FL, and we're looking for an experienced Collision Estimator / Repair Advisor to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE.
• Review OEM repair procedures and develop complete repair plans.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process and provide regular status updates.
• Work with insurance companies to negotiate supplements and ensure proper repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Schedule repairs and manage workflow to meet production goals.
• Deliver completed vehicles and ensure every customer has an outstanding experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and repair files.
• Build relationships with customers, insurance partners, and referral sources.

Qualifications:

• Collision estimating experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Experience with CCC ONE is a plus.
• Knowledge of OEM repair procedures is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
