Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in surgeries with a variety of cases including General, GU/GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Plastic surgeries.
• Adhere to all safety and patient care protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Float as needed to other ORs at the facility to meet dynamic operational needs.
• Manage instruments and supplies in the OR to ensure readiness and proper functionality.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including respiratory therapists, radiologists, and pharmacists.
• Provide high-quality care in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment with the capacity for emergency response.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado or compact state equivalent.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of operating room experience, preferably in a Level 1 or 2 trauma center.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record system required.
• Trauma experience essential, with capability to handle emergent cases such as craniotomies.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and possible night shifts depending on facility needs.
