Dental Receptionist - Clinton Endodontics

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our practice.


For more than 21 years, our practice has proudly served Memphis and the surrounding communities with exceptional patient care. We're looking for a warm, professional, and quick-thinking individual who enjoys helping others and thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.


Schedule : Full Time


Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a dental front office role, including knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $19-$21 per hour.
