Administrative Assistant

Jim Riehl's Friendly Cadillac is looking for an administrative assistant, must be computer savvy, organized, personable, good communication skills, and able to ask questions and follow instructions.

Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm, possibly later if covering for a receptionist

List of Job Duties:

Wholesales
Dealer Trades
Stock in new & used vehicles
Post and reconcile gas tickets
Cut checks for department managers/vendors/etc
Fill in for receptionist lunches
Fill in for receptionist when sick or on vacation
Print deal labels
Submit for Honda PDIs
Order all CDK toners for all 3 buildings
