Job Opportunity: Pathologist in Neuropathology

Our organization is currently looking for a board-certified pathologist in Anatomic Pathology (AP) or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP) to join the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. This position focuses on clinical services in Neuropathology within an academic environment. Candidates must have completed fellowship training in Neuropathology, with a preference for those who also have a secondary interest in Anatomic Pathology.

• Sign out Neuropathology and muscle biopsy cases.
• Provide frozen section call coverage for Neuropathology during weekdays.
• Engage in brain cutting and contribute to the hospital autopsy service.
• Participate in AP short-call and long weekend call duties.

• Contribute to unknown slide conferences.
• Attend monthly morgue conferences.
• Deliver didactic lectures and supervise resident presentations, including journal clubs, gross conferences, and grand rounds.
• Engage in translational research and medical student education, with opportunities tailored to individual interests and departmental needs.

The salary range for this position is competitive and based on experience and academic rank, ranging from $224,000 to $336,500, with additional incentive opportunities. Our organization also sponsors H1B visas.
