Senior Tax ManagerWe are seeking a Senior Tax Manager. This role offers a direct path to Partner within a national platform designed to reward initiative, collaboration, and long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership. Manage and review complex business, partnership, and individual tax engagements, ensuring compliance and high-quality deliverables.Advise proactively. Deliver strategic tax planning and structuring guidance for closely held businesses, partnerships, and high-net-worth clients.Develop new business. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Network within the community and industry groups to expand firm visibility and client base.Strengthen relationships. Serve as a trusted advisor by building deep, long-term client relationships grounded in expertise, responsiveness, and results.Lead and mentor. Supervise, train, and develop managers, seniors, and staff, fostering technical excellence and leadership readiness.Collaborate strategically. Partner with firm leadership to execute regional growth plans, expand service offerings, and enhance profitability.Innovate and improve. Contribute to process efficiency, technology integration, and the advancement of firm best practices.Engage nationally. Work with colleagues across a growing network to share expertise, serve multi-location clients, and contribute to platform-wide initiatives.Support advisory initiatives.
