Role Overview DraftKings seeks a Growth Marketing Associate, Targeted Partnerships to drive customer acquisition and engagement through high-impact marketing partnerships across the sports and entertainment calendar. What You’ll Do Launch, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns with strategic partners to drive performance against key business goals. Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Growth Marketing Teams to develop compelling marketing experiences that engage new and existing customers. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to execute campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention objectives. Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and share actionable recommendations with stakeholders in partnership with Marketing Analytics. Manage day‑to‑day communication with external partners to support seamless campaign execution and delivery. Test new partnership opportunities, channels, and campaign strategies to improve performance and uncover incremental growth opportunities. Use emerging technologies and artificial‑intelligence powered tools to streamline workflows, improve campaign effectiveness, and generate data‑driven insights. What You’ll Bring At least 6 months of professional experience in marketing, sports marketing, communications, analytics, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. A data‑driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners. An eagerness to learn, test new ideas, and contribute to innovative marketing initiatives. Interest in sports and gaming, with flexibility to support key events and seasonal moments throughout the sports calendar. Experience in account management, fantasy sports, sports betting, online casino, or prediction‑based gaming is a plus. May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency.
