This role is perfect for someone in college or recently graduated who wants hands‑on experience in marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship. Temple Garni is a growing fragrance brand looking for support with marketing and sales every Saturday and Sunday at the Coconut Grove Farmers Market. I'll teach you everything I know and provide training, guidance, and support along the way. You'll have the opportunity to learn, have fun, and help grow Temple Garni while gaining real‑world experience in marketing, branding, and sales. I always help with setting up and breaking down the booth, and transportation can be provided if needed. As someone who constantly experienced skin reactions from fragrance, I struggled to find products that truly felt good to wear. Temple Garni began with one simple idea: fragrance should feel good on you and in your home. We create candles, perfumes, room sprays, and body oils using thoughtfully selected ingredients. Our products are made with premium, non‑toxic ingredients and are free from phthalates, parabens, endocrine disruptors, and other common irritants. Every fragrance is thoughtfully developed to create beautiful moments without compromising on quality or safety. The work environment is collaborative, hands‑on, and customer‑facing. This is a part‑time, on‑site role supporting Temple Garni's presence at the Coconut Grove Farmers Market. The Marketing & Sales Associate will set up and break down the booth, arrange products, maintain a beautiful and inviting display, and ensure everything is ready before each market. The role includes actively engaging with customers, sharing the Temple Garni story, explaining products, answering questions, recommending fragrances, offering samples when appropriate, and accurately completing sales transactions. The person in this role will represent Temple Garni professionally, manage inventory at the market, and work directly with me to help grow the brand.
