Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comforts of your home while being part of a collaborative online environment. Despite the distance, our team maintains a culture of open communication and ongoing support. You will have access to virtual team meetings and collaborative consultations to ensure quality care and professional development. Our outpatient office supports a structured work schedule, with hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders in clients.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide treatment.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.
\n
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Advocate for clients’ needs and promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with various mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will engage with diverse populations including those experiencing homelessness, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence. Your role is pivotal in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel valued and understood as they navigate their mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with education, experience, and credentials.
