Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons on site by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and contractors, verify credentials when required, and report access concerns or policy violations to site contacts.
• Observe equipment areas, loading docks, and restricted locations for potential hazards, operational concerns, and/or suspicious behavior, and communicate needed information to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
