Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help support authorized access procedures for personnel, deliveries, and shipments.
• Observe workplace conditions and report hazards, equipment issues, and/or policy violations that could impact operations or require further review.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
