Role Overview

The Social Media Executive will develop, execute, and monitor content strategies to build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic and sign‑ups for Smartlead’s products.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish monthly social media calendars aligned with marketing goals and product launches.
• Create and curate platform‑specific content (text, image, video) for LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor performance in real‑time, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
• Track key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, lead generation) and report insights.
• Identify and nurture partnerships with influencers and collaborators that align with Smartlead’s audience.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Analyze trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to continuously improve strategy.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns and contests that drive conversions.

Qualifications

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
• Strong understanding of platform‑specific best practices for LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Ability to write compelling, on‑brand copy tailored to the customer journey.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
• Skill in analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into action.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Professionalism in public interactions and ability to respond promptly to feedback.
• Basic graphic design skills with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (desired).
• Experience creating or editing short‑form video content (YouTube Shorts, Reels, etc.) (desired).
• Experience supporting influencer or brand partnerships (desired).
• Knowledge of A/B testing and content repurposing strategies (desired).
