Responsibilities As a full‑time Experienced HVAC Technician, you will work a consistent schedule designed to provide steady, year‑round employment. Each day, you will set out in a company vehicle to service, repair, and install heating and cooling systems for a variety of customers throughout the Kansas City area. You will apply your expertise to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and ensure all work meets our high standards for quality and safety. You will communicate directly with customers, provide outstanding service, and take pride in exceeding expectations. You will work independently and as part of a supportive team, utilizing the tools and resources needed for success.
