Sneaker Cleaner

Overview

Soleply is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Sneaker Cleaners to join our team. Sneaker Cleaners play an essential role in preparing used and pre-owned sneakers for sale by ensuring each pair is clean, sanitized, and presentable for customers.

This role focuses strictly on cleaning, disinfecting, and prepping sneakers , not restoring or repainting them. You'll help make sure every pair meets Soleply's cleanliness and quality standards before it is placed on the sales floor.

This is a great position for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, enjoys keeping things organized, and wants to contribute to the customer experience by ensuring every pair looks its best.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize used sneakers using approved Soleply cleaning products
• Remove dirt, debris, stains, and markings from outsoles, midsoles, and uppers
• Wipe down and disinfect interior areas including insoles
• Prepare sneakers for pricing, tagging, and display
• Identify pairs that are too worn or damaged and notify leadership
• Maintain a clean and organized cleaning station
• Follow Soleply's cleanliness guidelines and daily cleaning expectations
• Assist with basic backroom organization when needed

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work efficiently and meet daily cleaning expectations
• Comfortable working with cleaning tools and sanitation products
• Reliable and punctual with good communication
• Able to stand for extended periods
• No prior sneaker cleaning or restoration experience required - training provided
