Experienced Procurement Agent

Senior Procurement Agent – Enterprise Procurement – Boeing Defense, Space & Security Location: Everett, Washington. The position is 100% onsite, first shift, and does not include relocation assistance. Candidates must be local residents or willing to relocate at their own expense. Responsibilities Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, scheduling, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance. Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiation strategies that result in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for integration into supplier contract strategies. Basic Qualifications More than 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management. More than 3 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts. More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services. More than 3 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA). More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer. More than 3 years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher. Typically 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree preferred but not required. Travel may be required up to 25% of the time. Export Control Requirement: The candidate must be a “U.S. Person” as defined in 22 C.F.R. §120.15. Pay Range: $118,150 – $145,950, based on experience and qualifications.
