Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Requisition Number: 228746 Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $23.58/hour until assigned a route. Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route. Majority of work in a 4‑day workweek; no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses & incentives. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification. At least 21 years of age. Proof of prior employment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork environment.
