Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and service requirements
• Research information and available options based on individual customer needs
• Assist customers with routine requests, updates, and service-related questions
• Provide clear and accurate information about available services and options
• Follow up with customers when additional information or action is needed
• Coordinate information with service providers and other resources as appropriate
• Assist with routine changes, special requests, and service concerns
• Research available solutions when customers experience routine issues
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records
• Provide confirmations, updates, and other important service information
• Track outstanding requests and follow-up needs
• Maintain professional and responsive communication throughout the customer experience
• Support customer satisfaction through reliable service and follow-through
