Customer Service Coordinator

A company in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 is looking for a responsible, organized, and highly communicative individual to join our team in Broward County. PAY: $17 per hour SCHEDULE: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM Reliable transportation is required. Must be comfortable communicating with customers, including handling difficult conversations when necessary. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Tasks WHAT YOU’LL DO: Make calls to a few customers each day. Follow up with current customers to gather feedback about their experience. Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints. Schedule and coordinate services. Ensure customers receive an excellent experience. Communicate with our team and help resolve day-to-day issues. Follow up to ensure customer concerns and needs are fully resolved. Requirements WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS: Patient and professional. Friendly and confident when communicating with customers. Organized and dependable. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Comfortable handling difficult conversations. Proactive and a strong problem-solver. Has leadership skills and a desire to grow professionally. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
