Centralized Scheduling Coordinator

Holyoke Medical Center is a proud 219-bed community hospital that has served the healthcare needs of the pioneer valley for over 125 years. We continue to grow and address the needs of our community through quality and patient-centered care. Our Centralized Scheduling team is seeking an experienced individual to schedule appointments for patients of all ages, perform clerical duties and coordinate patient account functions, which take place prior to the date of service. Requirements: High School Graduate; must have a minimum of one year medical office experience with public contact and interaction, or equivalent educational training.
