Inside Sales Representative - USFHP

Responsibilities The US Family Health Plan Inside Sales Representative supports membership goals by performing direct sales functions. Duties include providing direct sales and prospective member education, answering questions and clarifying plan features to military beneficiaries via inbound telephone and email inquiries, initiating follow‑up activities through outbound calling, initiating service recovery techniques, assisting with event planning and coordination, providing feedback on marketing responses, information packet fulfillment processing, and inventory tracking and ordering. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field. Telephone sales/marketing or high-volume customer service experience. Experience with DEERS. Compensation Pay Range: $26.30 - $40.25 per hour. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
