Locums Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to provide locum tenens coverage in Manasquan, New Jersey. This outpatient opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule within a well-established practice supported by an experienced team of providers and staff.

Compensation:  $150 Per Hour

Position Details

Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesdays: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Average Patient Volume: Approximately 3 patients per hour

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult patients

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

Perform routine preventive care and wellness visits

Interpret EKGs and manage acute volume and blood pressure-related issues

Conduct employment physicals and disability examinations

Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary healthcare providers as needed

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Procedures and Clinical Duties

Adult outpatient primary care

EKG interpretation

Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues

Employment physicals

Disability examinations

Preventive care and chronic disease management

Requirements

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active New Jersey medical license

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Experience in outpatient primary care settings

Local provider strongly preferred
