Field Marketing Representative

Tired of job ads that say “exciting opportunity” and then describe eight hours behind a desk? This is not one of those jobs. We are looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives. You will work face to face with customers, represent recognizable brands and help bring marketing campaigns to life at events and busy retail locations. Every day brings different people, different conversations and new opportunities to improve. If you enjoy being active, working as part of a team and challenging yourself, you will probably feel right at home here. What Will You Actually Do? You will be out in the field representing our clients and creating positive experiences for their customers. Your day could include: Speaking with customers and learning what they need Introducing products and services in a clear and engaging way Representing client brands with confidence and professionalism Supporting live events and retail marketing campaigns Answering customer questions and providing product information Contributing toward customer acquisition and sales goals Working with your team to improve campaign performance Learning new skills through regular coaching and feedback This is a people focused position, so you should be comfortable starting conversations, thinking on your feet and bringing positive energy to the team. No Experience? No Problem. We do not expect you to know everything on your first day. All training is provided on site and covers: Client and product knowledge Customer communication Field marketing systems Campaign operations Goal setting and performance Leadership and team development You will learn by working alongside experienced team members, practicing what you learn and receiving regular coaching.
