Required Skills:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Proficiency with computer systems, software, and web-based applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to assess, prioritize, and demonstrate sound judgment
• Capable of delegating and managing nursing team resources effectively
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, and accreditation standards relevant to healthcare practice

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Certification in a clinical specialty area

Other Requirements:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Physical ability to perform heavy work, exerting significant force as required for patient care and object movement
• Compliance with all health and safety protocols, including exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially infectious materials
• Ability to work in a patient care environment that may involve exposure to hazardous medications and waste
• Demonstrated professional responsibility and accountability in practice
