Requirements:
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state
- Must meet educational requirements for licensure
- CCC certification in speech-language pathology
- 1 year of SLP experience
- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities.
- Guide the delivery of speech-language pathology services in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
- Assist residents in improving their communication skills to enhance understanding and expression.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
