Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and fun Email Specialist to manage and grow our email marketing efforts. This role involves handling our email list, segmenting contacts into categories, and developing a well-planned calendar of weekly email campaigns. You will engage our customer base through creative, dialogue-driven content and questionnaires, delivering two emails per week with provided photo assets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and segment email lists to target distinct audiences
- Plan and schedule weekly email campaigns aligned with marketing goals
- Create engaging email content that fosters customer dialogue
- Design visually appealing emails, utilizing provided photo backup
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better engagement
- Develop and distribute questionnaires to deepen customer insights
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Strong skills in segmentation and list management
- Experience with campaign planning and copywriting
- Ability to engage customers effectively and foster dialogue
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
