Sr Benefits Analyst (contract, hybrid)

Robert Half HR Solutions is looking for an experienced Contract Sr Benefits Analyst to support a growing organization in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a contract engagement expected to last about 4 months with the possibility of extension. This contract position will play a key role in benefits administration, leave management, and open enrollment preparation while partnering closely with benefits and compensation team members. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of employer-sponsored benefit programs, works effectively in a detail-driven environment, and is comfortable contributing in an onsite setting four days per week. The ideal Sr. Benefits Analyst will have utilized UKG as an HRIS in recent experience. This role is onsite 4 days a week, and remote 1 day a week. ***At this time, we can only consider Sr. Benefits Analysts who have proven experience with Leave Management and Open Enrollment - these 2 areas are main focus areas for the CHRO. Please be prepared with specific examples of your knowledge in these key functions. ***Responsibilities:• Administer day-to-day benefits operations, ensuring employee benefit programs are managed accurately and in a timely manner.• Coordinate leave of absence processes, including FMLA-related activities, with a high level of attention to compliance and documentation.• Support planning and execution for the upcoming open enrollment cycle, including employee communications and process coordination.• Collaborate with internal HR partners, including benefits and compensation colleagues, to address employee questions and program needs.• Serve as a subject matter resource for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and related benefit offerings from major carriers such as Lincoln and Liberty.• Review benefit data, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain accurate records for a workforce of approximately 850 employees.• Assist with vendor interactions and help monitor service levels, escalations, and ongoing benefits administration needs.• Provide support on compensation-related matters when needed, while maintaining primary focus on benefits administration and analysis.R
