This Role Will Be Responsible For Serving as the subject matter expert for pricing solutions, analytical frameworks, automation capabilities, and AI-supported workflows across Revenue Management. Leading the most complex, high-impact, and strategically significant initiatives within the Pricing Solutions organization. Defining future-state capabilities, technology roadmaps, and analytical strategies that improve revenue performance and organizational effectiveness. Establishing standards, governance, best practices, and development frameworks for reporting, automation, and data quality. Providing strategic consultation and recommendations to Revenue Management leadership regarding pricing performance, process optimization, and technology investments. Leading cross-functional initiatives involving Revenue Management, Data & Analytics, and other enterprise stakeholders. Serving as the escalation point for complex analytical, technical, and operational issues. Evaluating emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to create measurable business value through innovation and automation. Coaching, developing, and influencing analysts and senior analysts while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Driving enterprise adoption of advanced analytics, decision-support tools, and AI-enabled capabilities. What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) 6–8+ years of relevant experience in pricing, revenue management, analytics, business intelligence, technology, or related fields. Demonstrated expertise leading highly complex analytical and technical initiatives from strategy through implementation. Recognized subject matter expertise in pricing, revenue management, analytics, automation, or related disciplines. Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and stakeholders across multiple organizational levels. Advanced problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities. Demonstrated experience developing frameworks, standards, governance models, or enterprise solutions. Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage numerous responsibilities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline. 8+ years of airline revenue management, pricing, network planning, or commercial analytics experience. Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, automation, or AI initiatives. Expertise in large-scale data ecosystems, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling. Experience influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change. Deep knowledge of airline data sources, pricing systems, and revenue management technologies. Advanced experience using Tableau, Power BI, and modern data visualization platforms.
