We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Package Operations Manager who is eager to grow, lead teams, and create exceptional resident experiences.

Please Assist Me partners with luxury residential communities to provide premium package management and resident lifestyle services. The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across both the Package Department and Resident Operations Department to ensure seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

This position will be in charge of overseeing our Residential Personal Assistants and Package Assistants. You will be training the team to complete the following tasks:

Hospitality Operations Management

• Overall Hospitality: Instructing the team on how to interact with residents and apartment staff to create magical experiences.
• House Cleaning: Training on how to complete combination of chores to maintain private households in an efficient and orderly manner. Duties include dusting, hand washing dishes and cleaning kitchen countertops, cooking utensils, and silverware, thorough cleanse of all counters throughout home, fluffing pillows and folding blankets in the living room, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors in designated areas of the home, emptying wastebaskets, and recycling.

• Running Errands: Instructing the team on how to complete various errands and chores. Must also be comfortable running miscellaneous errands like taking mail to the post office, picking up dry cleaning, shopping for groceries, and other deliveries on behalf of residents.

Package Operations Management

• Oversee all package room operations within luxury residential buildings
• Ensure accurate package intake, logging, organization, and delivery processes
• Maintain package room cleanliness, organization, and efficiency standards
• Monitor package volume trends and operational workflows to improve service levels
• Resolve resident package concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with building policies, safety procedures, and service standards

Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Directly manage Package Assistant Managers and Package Assistants
• Create and manage employee schedules while ensuring proper staffing coverage
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
• Assist with disciplinary action and conflict resolution when necessary

Operational Excellence

• Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows
• Track operational metrics, staffing performance, and resident satisfaction
• Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Maintain inventory and operational supplies as needed
• Ensure all team members uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be available Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

• Ability to train and lead a team.

• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties.

• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills.

• Pays EXTREME attention to detail.

• Organized and able to follow a schedule.

• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds.
