The ideal candidate will partner with leaders across operations, sales, recruiting, maintenance, and technology to identify opportunities, evaluate investments, improve profitability, and support strategic initiatives.We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, can turn data into actionable insights, and stays current on emerging technologies.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to influence business decisions, challenge assumptions, and help shape the future of a growing transportation company.What You'll DoStrategic Financial AnalysisAnalyze revenue, margin, and profitability trends across business segments.Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate growth opportunities, operational changes, and capital investments.Identify risks and opportunities that impact financial performance.Develop business cases and ROI analyses for key initiatives.Business PartnershipWork directly with leaders across the organization to understand challenges and identify solutions.Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations.Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics that help leaders make better decisions.Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.Data & TechnologyLeverage data analysis tools to uncover trends and business insights.Explore opportunities to automate reporting and decision-support processes.Stay current on AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies that can improve productivity and decision-making.Help evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions that create measurable business value.Continuous ImprovementChallenge existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.Support cross-functional projects focused on growth, profitability, and operational excellence.Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.Knowledge of common business and asset valuation techniques.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand how businesses operate.Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.Exposure to financial modeling, business analytics, consulting, operations analysis, or corporate strategy.Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or other emerging technologies.Experience building dashboards, automation workflows, or decision-support tools.Industry ExperienceTransportation, logistics, or trucking experience is not required.
