A seat at the table with Sales and executive leadership, not a reporting function three layers removed Ownership of a pricing function that is still being built and modernized, so your fingerprints will be on the framework A profitable, recurring-revenue business with a long runway and PE backing focused on growth A collaborative finance team that values curiosity, initiative, and people who speak up Competitive base, annual bonus, and a full benefits package Job Details As the Senior Financial Analyst for Pricing & Commercial Finance, you'll serve as the strategic finance partner to the Commercial organization. Your job is to make sure every pricing decision, customer proposal, and revenue initiative is grounded in solid financial analysis, and to make that analysis useful to the people selling. What you'll do Act as the go-to finance partner for the Sales team, delivering clear, decision-ready financial data on customer profitability, deal economics, and margin Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions, contract structures, and revenue initiatives Own pricing analysis end to end, including price adjustments, scenario modeling, customer rate reviews, and deal-level profitability Support value-based pricing initiatives and strengthen pricing governance across the business Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and revenue drivers to inform commercial strategy Translate complex data into executive-ready insights and present recommendations to senior leadership Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Accounting to align pricing with company objectives Track commercial KPIs and identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and process What you bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, with direct exposure to pricing, commercial finance, or sales finance Hands-on experience delivering financial data and insights to a sales organization; you know how to make numbers land with non-finance audiences Pricing experience is essential: deal modeling, price/volume/mix analysis, margin analysis, or pricing strategy work Strong understanding of pricing strategy, revenue drivers, and financial performance analysis Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Comfortable presenting to executives and pushing back constructively when the numbers say something different Able to move quickly across multiple priorities without losing the details Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
