What You’ll Do As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of those in your care. Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Monitoring and reporting changes in patients' health or behavior to the healthcare team. Providing emotional support and companionship to patients. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver the best care possible. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant. A current CNA certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
