Job Description Job Description Description: Required Qualifications: * Proven experience in HVAC preventive maintenance * Experience performing room preventive maintenance (Room PM'ing) * Ability to inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems * Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical systems * Strong attention to detail and safety standards * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Requirements: El candidato debe tener experiencia en: * Mantenimiento preventivo de equipos de aire acondicionado y ventilación * Inspección y limpieza de filtros, ductos y coils * Revisión de termostatos y controles * Detección de fallas básicas y reporte de reparaciones mayores * Cumplimiento de normas de seguridad * Lectura básica de manuales técnicos
