As a Front Desk Security Officer at a residential location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence for residents and visitors while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. Pay Rate: $19.05 - $20.05 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities at a residential community.
• Staff the front desk and monitor building access, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and package logs.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, intercoms, and other front-desk systems; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate relevant information to site management, residents, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
