Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time position, focused on delivering high-quality care in a Labor and Delivery setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a nursing role.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
Current Basic Life Support certification.
Completion of the Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery, with at least 2 years of this experience occurring within the last 2 years.
At least 1 year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last 2 years.
Experience in high-risk obstetrics is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care for patients in labor and delivery.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate and support patients and families regarding labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
Utilize advanced neonatal resuscitation techniques when necessary.
