What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Assess patient conditions and prioritize clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and patient crises
• Educate patients and families on health management and procedures

What You Need:

• Current Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum of 1 year ER nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing clinical environments
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
