The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring strong property performance through effective leadership, resident relations, leasing oversight, financial management, and property maintenance coordination. This role is essential in creating a positive living experience for residents while achieving operational and financial goals. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and office administration Lead, train, and support onsite staff to ensure excellent customer service and team performance Manage occupancy goals, leasing performance, and resident retention efforts Review and approve leases, renewals, notices, and resident communications Handle resident concerns, escalations, and conflict resolution professionally and efficiently Monitor property financial performance including rent collections, delinquency, budgeting, and expense control Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and local/state regulations Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and property upkeep Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and community standards Prepare reports related to occupancy, leasing, collections, and property performance Assist with marketing strategies and outreach efforts to attract prospective residents Oversee vendor relationships and ensure quality service from contractors Communicate and relationships with clients Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with performance bonuses Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for career growth and advancement 401k matching Qualifications Previous property management experience required Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Experience with leasing, collections, and resident relations Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management softwares High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Skills Experience with Entrata or similar property management softwares Budgeting and financial reporting experience Strong sales and leasing background Customer Service Bilingual is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Asset Group LLC
