About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Structured Reinsurance. This role is pivotal in the origination and execution of complex reinsurance transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the pricing and negotiation of deals, as well as working closely with the leadership team to ensure necessary approvals are in place. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in life M&A, sidecar, block reinsurance, or corporate development, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in these areas. Familiarity with reinsurance pricing, ALM, or investment management is also a key requirement for this position.
