About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Structuring within its Insurance Solutions division. The successful candidate will be a senior structuring professional with a focus on leading the design, evaluation, and execution of capital-efficient investment structures. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to optimize risk-adjusted returns, capital efficiency, liquidity, and statutory treatment. The VP will be responsible for a range of investment strategies, including private credit, structured credit, asset-backed finance, and reinsurance-linked investments, and must have a deep understanding of insurance balance sheets, regulatory capital frameworks, and rating agency considerations across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities for the VP include leading the structuring of complex investment transactions, serving as the primary contact for rating agencies, and partnering with various internal and external teams to ensure that the investment structures align with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years' of relevant experience, a proven track record in leading complex transactions, and the ability to provide senior leadership with strategic recommendations. A strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including investment committees, senior management, and regulators, are essential for this role. The position demands a professional with a background in structuring transactions, insurance investments, structured finance, investment banking, or related fields, and a deep understanding of U.S. insurance regulatory capital, as well as good working knowledge of Bermuda and Cayman insurance capital frameworks.
