Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $15.42 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM; Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM; Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM; Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM; Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service by greeting visitors, assisting employees and guests at the front desk, and carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies for a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, verify visitor information, issue visitor credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence. Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, and support sign-in and sign-out activity for visitors, vendors, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with site guidelines. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Maintain front desk logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating clearly with Allied Universal, site contacts, and/or local authorities as needed. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
