Organization Development Specialist

Intuitive Surgical

Organization Development Specialist manages the operational execution and continuous improvement of Global Talent Management programs at this medical device company. The role coordinates end-to-end program delivery including onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning while partnering across HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end execution of talent management programs including planning, logistics, and stakeholder communication
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent talent initiatives
Oversee program operations, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional partnerships for efficient delivery
Collect, analyze, and report on program metrics and participant feedback to measure effectiveness and inform decisions
Drive continuous improvement by implementing technology and process enhancements to increase scalability and efficiency

Requirements

Minimum 3 years HR, learning design, or education-focused experience
Data analysis and business problem-solving skills
LMS system administration and event coordination experience
Project management and detailed execution capabilities
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and web conferencing software
Bachelor's degree in organizational development, psychology, instructional design, HR, or education
Strong verbal and written communication across diverse audiences
