Overview
Registered Nurse, Med Surg Tele — Travel Assignment in Saratoga Springs, New York. Start date: 10/13/2026. Duration: 16 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,237–$2,392. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7P–7A / 7A–7P) with a night/day rotation. Setting: hospital.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care on a 20-bed Med Surg Tele unit focused on Palliative/Stroke/Tikosyn care
- Administer medications and monitor patient status; respond to changes in condition; perform ongoing assessments
- Document accurately in EPIC; participate in shift handoffs and care coordination
- Collaborate with physicians, case management, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans; assist with discharge planning
- Support patient and family education; uphold safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory requirements
- Be flexible with scheduling, including floating to other units and assisting as a charge nurse when needed

Requirements
- Active New York RN license
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- NIHSS certification
- 1 year of recent experience in acute Med/Surg or Telemetry
- Residence more than 50 miles from the facility
- 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates
- Ability to work Nights and participate in night/day rotation; EPIC charting experience is preferred
