What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for adult and geriatric surgical patients in a hospital setting
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels accordingly
• Collaborate with a supervised anesthesia team under a CRNA model
• Support general surgical procedures in a busy hospital environment
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative periods
• Document anesthesia services accurately in the EMR system
• Assist with emergent anesthesia needs in a Level III trauma hospital

What You Need

• Active CRNA license in Michigan
• BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred
• Prior experience in anesthesia, preferably in a hospital setting

• Experience working in a trauma or high-acuity environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
