Start Date: TBD / upon acceptance

End Date/Duration: Full-Time Permanent

Shift: Full-time days, rotating schedule with on-call and weekend shifts

Hours/week: 40+ hours

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care across multiple inpatient and outpatient sites
• Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and other procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage intraoperative care
• Oversee post-anesthesia recovery and pain management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document all procedures accurately in EPIC EMR
• Support staffing needs during shortages and participate in rotating schedules
• Maintain ongoing professional development and certifications

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Michigan or ability to obtain
• Certification as a CRNA
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least some professional anesthesia experience (not a new graduate)
• Willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and on-call shifts

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a hospital or multi-site practice setting
• Ability to travel between multiple locations within the health system
• Visa sponsorship eligibility (H1B or J1)
